隨著南京成為創(chuàng)新熱點(diǎn)，我們就如何在國(guó)際層面上實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)與（三位創(chuàng)業(yè)者）進(jìn)行了訪談。Marian, Brian和姜偉將讓我們了解他們是如何引導(dǎo)他們的公司跨越中西方的鴻溝，建立國(guó)際創(chuàng)業(yè)公司的。我們還將自豪地介紹并宣布于12月14日-16日在紫金谷舉辦的首屆科技之星創(chuàng)業(yè)周末。

As Nanjing emerges as a hotspot for innovation, we talk to three serial entrepreneurs on how to make it happen on an international dimension. Marian (Marik) Danko, Jiang Wei and Brian Tam will both let us know how they have guided their companies to cross the China - West divide to build international startups. We will also be proud to announce and introduce the first ever Techstars Startup Weekend in Nanjing, held from December 14th to 16th at Zijin Valley.

姜巍，阿爾法心理創(chuàng)始人，阿爾法心理是為都市人群提供減壓、緩解焦慮和抑郁服務(wù)的人工智能助理。北京大學(xué)本科，清華大學(xué)碩士，人工智能和認(rèn)知語(yǔ)言學(xué)，先后擔(dān)任百度工程師，SK電訊項(xiàng)目總監(jiān)，連續(xù)創(chuàng)業(yè)者，此前為華為、美的、中國(guó)移動(dòng)、海瀾之家、南京報(bào)業(yè)、恒生電子等知名企業(yè)提供服務(wù)。

Jiang Wei, is the founder of Alpha Psychology, an AI based application to relieve stress, anxiety and provide depression management services for urbanites. Bachelor of Beijing University and Master at Tsinghua University in Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive Linguistics, he has served as Baidu Engineer, Project Director at SK Telecom, and is a a serial entrepreneurs. Previously, he has worked with Huawei, Mei, China Mobile, Heilian Home, Nanjing Industry Newspaper and Hang Seng Electronics amongst others.

Marian Danko。中國(guó)分類公司的創(chuàng)始人兼首席執(zhí)行官，該公司是一個(gè)國(guó)際商務(wù)人士的社區(qū)，他們對(duì)創(chuàng)新充滿熱情，并圍繞初創(chuàng)公司、擴(kuò)大規(guī)模和企業(yè)展開工作。Marian來(lái)自烏克蘭，2011年移民到中國(guó)，開始了他的創(chuàng)業(yè)之旅。他與其他新興的創(chuàng)業(yè)公司一起完成了SLP。Marian不斷培養(yǎng)他對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)場(chǎng)景和創(chuàng)業(yè)生活方式的熱情，同時(shí)他也加入了創(chuàng)業(yè)磨坊團(tuán)隊(duì)，并成為了上海AngelHack的形象大使。

Marian Danko. Founder and CEO of China Classifieds, which is a community of international professionals who are passionate about innovation, and built around startups, scaleups, and corporates. Originally from Ukraine, Marian moved to China in 2011, where his entrepreneurial journey began. He completed the SLP along with other emerging startups. Marian kept growing his passion for startup scene and entrepreneur lifestyle, meanwhile he joined the Startup Grind team and became an ambassador at AngelHack in Shanghai.

Brian Tam “Let’s Make Great”的創(chuàng)意顧問(wèn)！

自從創(chuàng)立了“Let’s Make Great！”，在過(guò)去的6年里，Brian領(lǐng)導(dǎo)中國(guó)的企業(yè)創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)。他曾與數(shù)十支初期團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，系統(tǒng)地開發(fā)新的產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)和品牌。

除了在TEDx和PechaKucha等會(huì)議上的定期演講之外，Brian還寫了400多篇關(guān)于創(chuàng)造力、創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)業(yè)精神的文章。此外，在2017年，他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)了PROTO的創(chuàng)建，這是一個(gè)成功的眾籌的游戲故事，旨在激勵(lì)創(chuàng)新者。

Brian出生于New York，在New Jersey長(zhǎng)大。他于2007年來(lái)到上海，以推動(dòng)正在開始扎根的動(dòng)態(tài)變化。作為一個(gè)自行車愛好者，他目前正在為下一次穿越歐洲的大冒險(xiǎn)做準(zhǔn)備。

Brian Tam Creativity Consultant, Let’s Make Great!

?Brian leads corporate innovation teams in China. Over the past 6 years, since founding Let’s Make Great!, he has worked with dozens of early-stage teams to systematically develop new products, services and brands.

In addition to regular speeches at conferences like TEDx and PechaKucha, Brian has written over 400 articles on creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship. Furthermore, in 2017 he led the creation of PROTO, a successfully crowd-funded storytelling game to inspire innovators.

Whether through one-day workshops or a 6-month incubation program, the goal is the same: to help inexperienced corporate teams work through the creative chaos and come out

the other side with a fresh solution. From user research to rapid-prototyping and business-modeling, Brian leads a multi-disciplinary team at Let’s Make Great!, which guides clients through a step-by-step strategic exploration process.

Born in New York and proudly raised in New Jersey, Brian came to Shanghai in 2007 to drive the dynamic changes that were starting to take hold. An avid cyclist, he is currently preparing for his next big adventure across Europe.
